Nothing have happend there after...

What ever happend down the lane is still a shock in the hearts of many. The true story of a planned kidnap, house robbery, betrayal etc - But there was one man who was watching everything so closely and he decided to protect the Truth even when most of his creations was against his wish. So he choose to act upon to protect the TRUTH.

Remember your prayers and the essence of truth which lies deep down the heart will be recoganized by the creator of this universe - when no one is there for you.

RBA, hopes that all those participated in this act of indecency will be forgiven by the same Lord who saved her from all these.

She still lives helping the poor and lonely ones, there by spreading the meaning of true love.

:: RBA Story - Part 10; WC Fourth hearing

Today was the Fourth hearing of Kerala Vanitha Commission (Kerala Women's Commission).
Mr. Rejeeb Basheer did not appear for the hearing. He was also absent for the last three hearings as well.

Honarable Justice Smt Sreedevi, have reffered the case back to respective Police stations.


RBA, hopes that justice will be offered to her family, maybe it will take its own time. Now also she is getting threatnening calls from Rejeeb. Even Rejeeb's mother is calling RBA.

:: RBA Story - Part 9; Call for Truth

The Lady Justice needs to answer to the call of truth:-

1. Why are the alleged culprits not been taken in to the account, by our Judiciary? What happened to the complaint logged by RBA's son [on March 3rd 2007] for Man missing, Burglary and Kidnap against Rejeeb Basheer and his anti social elements?

2. Why did Neyyattinkara Police conduct raid into RBA's house,while Shaibu.S.Chandra and his family was living there? As per the records of Police station, the raid was on the basis of the Anonymous complaints filed by Public stating that flesh trade is happeing in the late hours in that house; Why Arun Kumar[who rented RBA's house to Shaibu] dint try to remove Shaibu.S.Chandra from her house, even after Neyyattinkara Police asked Arun to vacate Shaibu from that house? Why Arun Kumar dint inform RBA regarding this Police Raid for flesh trading, ideally? So what is the motivation of the secrecy maintainted by Arun Kumar?

3. Why did Rejeeb Basheer give the statement to Special Investigation Team, that Arun is his ally? About whom did Rejeeb Basheer hint to RBA, that her Trustee is also there to deceive her? in his previous telephonic conversation.

4. Where is the money which Arun kumar took from RBA seven months back through Ebby's ICICI account, stating :-
a) Since he got involved to help RBA, now S.K Jayachandran is after him for money, so he needs to give money to S.K Jayachandran for protecting himself.
b) For protecting RBA's properties from Rejeeb Basheer and his goons with the help of S.K Jayachandran? [Rumour is that S.K Jayachandran is also double crossed by the duo for money].

5. Is S.K.Jayachandran also being misled by the above said? Then why?

6. Where is the blank Stamp papers and cheque books, which Rejeeb Basheer got signed from M.G.S.Mithran, after physically torturing him for One and half months? What is the idea behind this attempt?

7. Where is M.G.S.Mithran? Is he still under custody of Rejeeb Basheer? if the society doubts his existance, Who can bring out the Truth behind all these? Why din't Rejeeb Basheer intiated a Fair Trail on M.G.S.Mithran ? since the earlier claims that the later cheated him.

8. Why did Rejeeb Basheer looted RBA's house, and threatens to kill all those who opposed his illegal activites?

9. Is there someone else in this planned Kidnapping, Harassment, attempt to Murder and Burglary?

These questions points to an Organized Crime done on RBA's private life and illegal useage of her property, by a neatly planned double crossing. But the question is " Who is the Key Person knowing all the Truths and who can bring the culprits in front of our judiciary? ".

Though in the midst of life threats by Rejeeb and his anti social elements, RBA hopes that some day our Judiciary will open her eyes on these incidents. She said that she will fight back till justice is being delivered. She also want to thank all the those whose supported her in this fight back.

:: RBA Story - Part 8; October 27th

The day was set for the second major hearing by Kerala Vanitha Commission, in the municipality of Neyyattinkara, Kerala State.

But Rejeeb Basheer and Priyan did not apper for the hearing.

:: RBA Story - Part 7; The Sabotage

With the support of Neyyattinkara Police, RBA got her home back. As per the senior officer's instruction, Arun Kumar removed all the locks; I would rather say he broke all the locks, illegaly locked by S.K.Jayachandran and Vimala on September 5th.

In between RBA is getting life threatning calls from Rejeeb Basheer. He threatens of kill every one in her family.

:: RBA Story - Part 6; Who is the Key Person?

Some question needs to be answered by now:-

1. Why did Arun Kumar mislead RBA regarding the keys, even after being her trustee? What is his motivational factor behind it?

2. Why did Neyyattinkara Police conduct raid into RBA's house,while Shaibu.S.Chandra and his family was living there?

All these happened when Rejeeb is supposed to appear before the Kerala Vanitha Commission on the 14th of September 2007 for further investigation about his Goondaism against RBA.

:: RBA Story – Part 5; A Political Twist

While preparing this document, mind whispered that RBA is one of the luckiest ladies. Even when everyone around her deceived in various situations, God is again lending his magical helping hand.

As informed by Arun she went along with her Uncle, to collect the keys at 10am. She considered Arun as her own son. It was a rainy day. Her mind was whispering, God is there to take care of her and will protect from all evils.

Arun and Shaibu [tenant] were already in the house. Arun informed her that she needs to wait till evening 4pm to get the keys since Shaibu's new house owner will hand over the keys by that evening. RBA, thought of asking Arun, why he had asked her to come in the morning eventhough he knew that keys will be ready by evening 4pm. She refrained from asking that, but sensed that something wrong is going to happen.

Later on RBA asked Arun to handover the keys, and told him that when Shaibu needs to take his belongings, RBA will come and open the house.But Arun said that he cannot hand it over then. After a while her Uncle went to Neyyattinkara Court [ he is a senior Advocate in NTA ].Rain started to slow down and she went inside the house to have aclearer view.

She noticed that most of her belongings are not there at home, also noticed that a particular room is being locked. She enquired Arun about the keys to that room and he said he has the keys and will get it in a while. He went outside the house, saying that he will get the keys.[RBA felt that the scene is perfeclty set and something is going to happen.]

In ten minutes time, Rejeeb appeared there. He started abusing and shouting at RBA. Some neighbors also gathered there by that time. In ashort while Neyyattinkara [NTA] Sub Inspector of Police also arrivedat the spot. She complained to him that Rejeeb is making issues evenafter giving in writing last week to ADGP that he won't trouble her again. She also informed the officer that Rejeeb already announced ,he will kill her.

Surprisingly, S.I started questioning her rather than hearing her complaint. He also mentioned that she should give the money to Rejeeb.S.I also mentioned that when your son comes back from abroad, he will not be spared by Rejeeb. By now it was evident to the gathered neighbors that S.I was speaking in favour of Rejeeb.Sensing,this He asked her to go to NTA police station, to meet the Circle Inspector. By this time Arun also came there. [ Rejeeb, might have hinted about this to RBA in his previous telephonic conversation - read part 4 ]

[ A common practice of Kerala Police is to help the victims, provide them Justice. Here in also S.I was speaking in favor of Rejeeb. But the Truth is that :-being a good Orator Rejeeb had already created an impression infront of S.I, that he is the victim. But he never said the Truth to S.I that :' He kidnapped RBA's husband six months back ,and he is under Rejeebs captivity now also.RBA have already filed cases against ( his anti social activities ) him in Kerala Vanitha Commission and at DGP office. ]

Rejeeb as well as RBA went to NTA Police station. Circle Inspector heard the view points of both the parties. Later he asked his subordinate to take the complaint file which was forwarded from the DGP office by her son six months back, about Rejeeb's goondaism. Later he asked to take the statements from them.

While she was waiting there to give her statement, she was informed by a source from Arun that the so called S.K Jayachandran and a lady named Vimala came to RBA's house by this time and locked it. He also took the keys of the house. Arun, also stated that he cannot stop Mainu annan [S.KJayachandran's alias name, cell:+919895540403 ] because he has lots of political contacts [ he is the opposition leader of Neyyattinkara Muncipality ] and will dare to do anything against anyone. So Arun said he was helpless. [ May be this was what RBA smelled fishy earlier in the morning from Arun's behavior, and it happened ].

In another five minutes at NTA Police Station, a man came and talked to RBA. These were his words :- " I have locked your house. If you want it back, come to my house with money". RBA identified him as S.K and complained the Circle Inspector regarding this. He said to produce a written complaint against S.K for house barging.

When she came back to her house, everything was over. [On hearing all these, my mind was in doubt - am I watching a movie ?]

As per Arun, he has filed a complaint against S.K at NTA Policestation. S.I has taken his statement.. But in reality there were no complaints registered by Arun in Neyyattinkara Police Station.

All these happened when Rejeeb is supposed to appear before the Kerala Vanitha Commission on the 14th of September 2007 for further investigation about his Goondaism against RBA.
